Crayon Art Tutorial

Tutorial for the Melted Crayon Art that I posted:

Step 1: Gather materials. (Clothing iron, a package of crayons, ironing board, craft knife or clay sculpting tool, wax paper, and canvas/canvas panel/ bristol paper).

Step 2: Take the paper off all of the crayons.

Step 3: Shave pieces of the crayons using the craft knife or clay tool and let the shavings fall on the canvas.

Step 4: Arrange the shavings in any color gradient you desire.

Step 5: Cover the entire canvas with wax paper.

Step 6: With your iron on the lowest setting, iron over the crayon shavings so that they melt. Remove the wax paper and voila!

These aren't titled yet.  Both of them are melted crayon and acrylic paint on 12x16 canvas panels.  The top 3 are one painting and the bottom 3 are the other.
